I set the xenon on my w166, which had halogens in it. I didn't redo the wiring, but I bought a conversion kit, so it all fit.
Everything works: dipped beam, high beam, LED tape, turn signal, corner lighting, high beam and ILS in the right headlight, only the left headlight does not work high beam and ILS.
The headlights were restored, but I noticed that the xenon module was not original, but a third-party module.
The following errors are in Xentry:
B283f87 The right xenon bulb has a malfunction. The message is missing
B283e87 The left xenon bulb has a malfunction. The message is missing
U100895 LIN bus 1 has a malfunction. The mechanical setup is not OK.
Xenons work fine, but I can't count the actual values in Xentry.
Made the PILS_AlaLiAdresse encoding in HLC166 for the left headlight, the same as for the right headlight, and the left headlight began to turn left and right, oscillating at the edges of the movement, and the LIN error disappeared, but the following appeared:
B283f87 The right xenon bulb has a malfunction. The message is missing
B283e87 The left xenon bulb has a malfunction. The message is missing
B284071 The actuator motor to the left curve illumination has a malfunction. The actuator is blocked.
I brought the settings back to the old state, and the drive engine disappeared, and the PIN code appeared.
The first thing I did was order original used xenon modules, as I realized that the car probably needed original ones, and non-original ones weren't very good.
