Hi everyone,

I'm seeking advice from experienced members. I have a Launch Immo Programmer tool that's worked well for cloning ECM/TCM on VAG cars. Recently, I tried cloning a Mercedes VGS-FDCT and VGS2-NAG with it. While the cloning process seemed successful, I encountered issues:
- For VGS-FDCT, I can only read a partial EEPROM dump (40 bytes, not the full file).
- For VGS2-NAG, the tool only shows options to 'Read EEPROM' and 'Personalization', but no 'Write EEPROM' option.

Can anyone advise:
1. Why am I getting a truncated EEPROM dump for VGS-FDCT?
2. Is there a limitation with the Launch tool for Mercedes VGS modules?
3. Which tool is recommended for Mercedes VGS cloning, full EEPROM dumping, and repair work? (eg, Xentry, Vediamo, MB Star, or other specific programmers)

Any guidance, personal experiences, or tool recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!"
