new NTG6 High insted broken NTG6 MID in W213 coding

Hi,
I had to switch to new HU6 to W213 2023Y as the previous one was completely broken. I couldn't restore codings so I tried to compare with other cars.
Almost all are working now beside a touchpad on the steering wheel.
Only left/right up/down arrow not works.
Could You help which value to deal with in HU settings?
