XENTRY is becoming XENTRY Truck.
The XENTRY Truck Portal is a 1:1 copy of the current XENTRY systems; all truck-relevant functions are still available to you.
You will not need any additional training.
The worldwide rollout will take place in several waves starting from the 4th Quarter of 2023. We will be starting the rollout in your country in about 5 weeks.
Approximately 14 days before the individual rollout date for your workshop, you will receive a second email with further important information to ensure that you are best prepared for the go-live.
This email gives you an overview in advance of the relevant changes coming up with the day of your migration.
What will change for you?
• In the future the applications will be called via the new XENTRY Truck Portal at XENTRY.daimlertruck.com/home.
How are we making the transition easier for you?
• You will also be able to log into the new XENTRY Truck Portal with your current access data.
• Your user rights, licenses and settings will be centrally transferred. You do not need to do anything but can start working immediately after the rollout.
What can you look forward to?
• In parallel, we have started developing a new Truck After-Sales Portal.
• Many criticisms of XENTRY from our truck operations are being taken into account in the new development: Operation is being radically simplified, all functions are being optimized and a completely new interface is being developed!
• We are working closely on this with service advisors, workshop managers and technicians who have contacted us to collaborate, and we are discussing new solutions with them.
• The introduction of the new Truck After-Sales Portal is planned for early 2025.
